How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email or SMS. Delivery typically takes 6–8 business days for major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban) and 7–12 business days for outlying or rural areas.

What is your return policy?

You have 7 days from delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange, provided it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with factory seals intact. Because our products are used for personal hygiene, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare items unless they arrived damaged or defective.

My order arrived damaged or faulty – what now?

Email us at You@crowningbeauty.co.za within 6 months of delivery (ideally within 48 hours) with your order number and photos of the damage. You're entitled to a full refund, replacement, or store credit – and we'll cover the courier costs.

How do I start a return?

Email You@crowningbeauty.co.za with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective. We'll confirm approval and provide return instructions before you send anything back.

Is it normal for skin to react to a new product?

Everyone's skin is different, and active ingredients can affect people differently. We recommend patch-testing any new product on a small area of skin before full use. If you experience an unexpected reaction, contact our team – we're happy to help on a case-by-case basis, even though reactions alone don't qualify a product as defective under South African law.

Do you ship outside South Africa?

Currently we ship within South Africa only. If you're ordering from further afield, please contact us at You@crowningbeauty.co.za and we'll let you know what's possible.
